Come visit our nursery and discuss ways we can come together as a community to prevent wildfires! Matthew, will lead the conversation, starting at 11:30 am. What better way to imagine a brighter future than with baby goats in your arms, beside your neighbors? Before and after the conversation, there will be free time to roam the nursery and enjoy the babies at your leisure.
Topics that will be discussed include (but are not limited to): fire safe councils, grant funding, Good Shepherds' emergency roster, and opportunities to provide helping hands in our nursery.
After the gathering, at 12:30 pm, we will do our midday milk-feeding to the babies in the nursery. If you’re interested in getting involved with feeding the babes over the next six weeks, please stick around to see how we do it! Children are welcome with adult supervision.
Wear close-toed shoes, stay safe and hydrated. No dogs allowed. Participate at your own risk.
